Senior Experience Designer – Retail Customer

Now we are seeking a seasoned Senior Experience Designer to join our team for a long-term engagement, you need to be available direct for this role.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs, business strategy, and technical feasibility. You will be responsible for end-to-end design (UX and UI), leading collaborative discovery sessions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Own both the UX and UI design processes, translating complex user requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, seamless handoffs, and high-fidelity implementation.

• Discovery & Facilitation: Plan and lead dynamic workshops and discovery sessions to align teams, gather insights, and map out user journeys.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor, confidently navigating challenging conversations with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to advocate for user-centered design.

Requirements & Competencies

• Senior-Level Expertise: Proven track record as a Senior UX/UI or Product Designer, with deep consulting or enterprise experience.

• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholder dynamics, align conflicting priorities, and drive consensus.

Tools & Technical Skills

• Design & Collaboration: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (for UI/UX design) and Miro (for workshop facilitation and journey mapping).

• Communication: Fluent in Microsoft Teams for daily collaboration.

• AI & Automation: Forward-thinking capability to leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agents to build simple automation processes that streamline workflows.

What Success Looks Like in This Role: You are not just creating beautiful screens; you are a strategic thinker who can walk into a room of conflicting stakeholder opinions, run an effective workshop, align everyone on a vision, and then work hand-in-hand with developers to build it.
